TOMRA joins the World Business Council for Sustainable Development
TOMRA has joined over 200 forward-thinking companies as the newest member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) is a premier global, CEO-led community of over 200 of the world’s leading sustainable businesses. Together with their members, WBCSD tackles the pressing sustainability challenges of the climate emergency, loss of nature, and mounting inequality. They offer solutions to accelerate value chain transformation across essential sectors of business activity, including food and agriculture, products and materials, energy, transport and mobility, and built environment.
WBCSD members are driving progress within their businesses through the exchange of best practices, education, standards and protocols, and tools and technology.

TOMRA will contribute towards the overall sustainability ambition of WBCSD by bringing its unique holistic perspective on circularity into WBCSD. TOMRA aims to contribute to the development of innovative strategies that promote sustainable development, circularity and environmental stewardship.
