Ms. QU Lei works as Senior Energy/Environment Advisor at Innovation Norway’s Beijing Office, and is the leader of NEEC. She has 20 years of professional experience within both fossil fuel and renewable energy sectors. Ms. QU Lei deals with offshore wind, water and waste treatment, and other energy and environment related issues. Ms. QU Lei is fluent in Chinese, English and Italian.
Mr. Gao Peng works as senior adviser at Innovation Norway’s Beijing Office. He has long experience and strong knowledge about foreign investment in China, and has a broad contact network. Mr. Gao Peng focuses particularly on energy efficiency and Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS).
Ms. Qin Shi works at Innovation Norway’s Shanghai Office as Senior Advisor, and is specialized in helping Norwegian companies from various industry sectors in their process of entering Chinese market or sourcing from China. Since 2010 she has worked with the energy and environment sector, with a particular focus on the water treatment industry.
Ms. Chang Meng is interning at Innovation Norway’s Beijing Office. She is responsible for NEEC projects, events, and the management of the NEEC website.
