Against the background of high global inflation, it is particularly difficult for China’s prices to maintain a low level.

In the past five years, infrastructure has been improved. A number of major water conservancy projects, such as flood control and drought relief, water diversion and water diversion, have commenced construction. The operating mileage of high-speed railway increased from 25000 kilometers to 42000 kilometers, and the mileage of expressway increased from 136000 kilometers to 177000 kilometers. 1.25 million kilometers of rural roads will be built and rebuilt. The new airport capacity is 400 million person-times. The installed capacity of power generation increased by more than 40%. All prefecture-level cities have achieved gigabit optical network coverage, and all administrative villages have broadband access.

Promote the industry to move towards the middle and high end. Strictly implement environmental protection, quality, safety and other regulations and standards, and eliminate backward production capacity. Carry out actions to strengthen and supplement the chain of key industries. We will launch a number of industrial infrastructure reconstruction projects. Encourage enterprises to speed up equipment upgrading and technological transformation, and extend the preferential policy of accelerated depreciation of fixed assets to all manufacturing industries. We will accelerate the development of high-end equipment, biomedicine, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic, wind power and other emerging industries.
