On May 28, the commencement ceremony of the STATE POWER INVESTMENT CORPORATION “new energy + marine Ranch” integrated innovation demonstration base (Shenquan) was held in Jieyang, Guangdong. Han Guangde, chairman of Guangdong Provincial oceanographic Association, Li Zhong, director of Shenzhen municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau, Gao Erjian, deputy director of Shenzhen Municipal Planning and natural resources bureau, and huangyuzhao, deputy county head of Huilai County attended the ceremony and witnessed the milestone of “the first launch of shellfish and algae seedlings in marine pasture”.

On the same day, an expert seminar was also held. The participating experts fully affirmed the “Four Seas model” of the integration and innovation of “marine energy + marine pasture + marine carbon sink + marine ecological restoration” of the State Power Investment Corporation, and put forward their opinions and suggestions on the follow-up development of the marine pasture, which pointed out the direction for the State Power Investment Corporation Guangdong to improve the integration and innovation scheme and do a solid job in the follow-up construction, and to create a high-tech, high-value, reproducible The “Four Seas model” innovation demonstration project that can be promoted has laid a solid foundation.
