The participating experts fully affirmed the “Four Seas model” of the integration and innovation of “marine energy + marine pasture + marine carbon sink + marine ecological restoration” of the State Power Investment Corporation, and put forward their opinions and suggestions on the follow-up development of the marine pasture, which pointed out the direction for the State Power Investment Corporation Guangdong to improve the integration and innovation scheme and do a solid job in the follow-up construction, and to create a high-tech, high-value, reproducible The “Four Seas model” innovation demonstration project that can be promoted has laid a solid foundation.
