NEA: Promote the construction of PV stock projects as a whole, and moderately accelerate the construction of compliance projects under construction
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice on Promoting the Collaborative Development of the PV Industry Chain Supply Chain jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration of Market Supervision and the National Energy Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “three departments”), in order to further guide the collaborative development of the PV industry upstream and downstream, the relevant business departments and bureaus of the three departments, on the basis of organizing the cooperation and docking of the PV industry chain supply chain, have recently collectively interviewed some key polysilicon enterprises and industry institutions, Guide relevant units to strengthen self-discipline, self-examination and standardized management.
The current achievements in the development of photovoltaic industry are hard won. In order to promote the overall sustainable and healthy development of the industry, the three departments put forward work requirements for relevant units:
First, we should focus on the overall situation and long-term interests, adhere to win-win cooperation between upstream and downstream, and promote high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry;
Second, we should effectively strengthen enterprise self-discipline, carry out in-depth self-examination and self correction, consciously regulate sales behavior, and avoid hoarding, speculation and other behaviors to drive up prices;
Third, we should promote the construction of PV stock projects as a whole, reasonably release the built capacity, moderately accelerate the construction of compliance projects under construction, and study and judge in advance for the large-scale production of subsequent new capacity to prevent risks.
Next, the relevant departments will further strengthen work coordination, strengthen supervision and management, and strengthen the investigation and punishment of illegal acts such as driving up prices and monopolizing the production and sale of counterfeit and shoddy products in the industry.
