The development and utilization of non fossil energy have been accelerated, and new energy sources have maintained rapid growth. Formulate and implement the planning and layout scheme of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases focusing on desert, gobi and desert areas, with a total planned scale of about 450 million kilowatts. At present, the first batch of 95 million kilowatts of base projects have all started construction.

Print and distribute the second batch of project list, and pay close attention to the early work, and organize and plan the third batch of base projects. Steady progress has been made in the trial of roof distributed photovoltaic development in the whole county.

By the end of June this year, the cumulative registered scale of the trial nationwide was 66.15 million kilowatts. We will orderly promote the construction of offshore wind power bases in the Shandong Peninsula, the Yangtze River Delta, southern Fujian, eastern Guangdong, and the Beibu Gulf.

Since 2020, the new installed capacity of wind power and solar power has exceeded 100 million kilowatts for two consecutive years, accounting for about 60% of the total new installed capacity of power generation.
