National Energy Administration: establish a library of scientific and technological innovation projects in the energy field, and carry out dynamic monitoring of projects
The National Energy Administration recently issued a notice on the establishment of a monitoring mechanism for the implementation of the Fourteenth Five Year Plan for Scientific and Technological Innovation in the Energy Field (the Plan for short), proposing to establish a library of scientific and technological innovation projects in the energy field.
According to the overall objectives of the Plan, define key tasks (i.e. “list”), collect supporting projects for the implementation of the Plan, and establish a database of monitoring projects for the implementation of centralized research and demonstration tests. Projects beyond the list that are truly significant in innovation can also be included in the implementation monitoring project library after evaluation. Promote the priority implementation of demonstration projects, actively coordinate the priority implementation of demonstration projects for new technologies with significant strategic value and market prospects, and support the inclusion of various national demonstration projects and local related plans.
“Advanced renewable energy power generation and comprehensive utilization technology field” is divided into five technical categories: hydropower generation technology, wind power generation technology, solar power generation and utilization technology, other renewable energy power generation and utilization technology, and hydrogen energy and fuel cell technology.
