Country President at Equinor (ex-Statoil) in China visited Hainan IEDB
On the morning of January 19, 2022, Ji Guohui, Deputy Director General of Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development (Hainan IEDB), together with his staff, met with Marc Courtemanche, Country President at Equinor (ex-Statoil). Both sides discussed the business investment layout in Hainan.

On December 24, 2021, after the two sides met at the Norwegian Embassy in Beijing, Equinor came to Hainan for the second meeting at the invitation of Hainan IEDB.
Ji Guohui, Deputy Director General of the Bureau, welcomed Marc Courtemanche and his delegation, and introduced in detail the development prospect, preferential policy system arrangement and “3+1” key industries of Hainan Free Trade Port based on actual cases.
Ji Guohui, said that after the announcement of the overall plan for the Hainan Free Trade Port, Hainan is attracting the attention of global investors, domestic and foreign enterprises flocked to Hainan, actively investing in the layout.
