China Association of environmental Protection Industry held the 2023 National Environmental Protection Industry Association Working Conference and the fourth (expanded) meeting of the sixth session of China Association of environmental Protection Industry in Beijing to convey the spirit of the 2023 National Ecological Environment Working Conference at the first time, comprehensively summarize the development of the ecological environment protection industry and the work of the Association in 2022, look forward to the industrial development prospects in 2023, and deploy the work of the Association in 2023.
The meeting reviewed and approved the 2022 Work Report of the Sixth Council of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association and the 2023 Work Plan of the China Association of environmental Protection Industry.
The meeting summarized the development situation of the industry and pointed out that 2022 is an extraordinary year for the ecological environmental protection industry. The whole industry has jointly responded to the impact of the macro-economy and the continuous impact of the COVID-19, and has achieved further strengthening of the leadership of the Party, preliminary construction of the foundation for the integrated development of the industry, drawing of the development roadmap and construction drawings for the next ten years, significant achievements in innovation and development, further improvement of service guarantee capabilities, and continuous development and growth of market players.
The spiritual culture was further sublimated, and eight major achievements were made in “stabilizing the economy” and “stabilizing employment”. The total revenue was about 2.22 trillion, an increase of about 1.9% over the same period in 2021. However, it also encountered difficulties such as the decline of corporate profits, the expansion of the scope of losses, the outstanding problem of accounts receivable, and the plight of some enterprises.
