Project Description: The project is located in Lujia Lake Fancheng District Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, using owned land, plant, public works and environmental protection facilities. The project mainly involves the purchase of dip pressed powder, yellow machine, dissolve machines, spinning machines and other equipments 8 ( sets ). The annual output of high wet modulus cellulose fibers is about 30,000 tons.
