According to the research of China Offshore Wind Association, affiliated to CAOE, in 2019, the average bidding price of offshore wind power projects in China was about 6000 yuan /kw; In 2020, the average bidding price of China’s offshore wind power projects rose slightly due to “rush loading”, rising to about 7000 yuan /kw; In 2021, the average bidding price of China’s offshore wind power has decreased significantly due to the successive introduction of large MW offshore wind turbines by various complete machine manufacturers* The title is ranked in no order. On October 19, 2021, the bid winning result of wind turbine (including tower) of China Resources Power Cangnan 1#400mw offshore wind power project was announced. China offshore installation started the “first shot” of offshore wind power parity at the price of 4061 yuan /kw. Since then, the price of offshore wind turbine is about 4000 yuan, even lower.

According to the public statistics of Polaris wind power network, a total of 6942.25mw offshore wind power projects have won the bid in the past year:

From January to June 2022, a total of 16 offshore wind power projects in China won the bid, with a total installed capacity of 6.3gw. Among them, 7 latest bidding trends of offshore wind power projects, with an installed capacity of 2706mw; The bid winning results of 8 offshore wind power projects were announced, with an installed capacity of 2595mw.

Previously, four offshore wind power projects won the bid in 2021, with a total installed capacity of 641.25mw. It includes one demonstration project: the localization development and demonstration application of the far-reaching offshore floating fan of CNOOC Rongfeng Energy Co., Ltd. and the procurement of the fan and auxiliary equipment (including the tower). Its design water depth is 120 meters, the straight-line distance from the shore is 136 kilometers, and Mingyang intelligent won the bid with 44.1525 million yuan.
