Dutch offshore vessel owner Acta Marine has ordered a second construction support vessel at Ulstein Verft this week. This SX195 design is a DP2 Walk to Work Construction Support Vessel (CSV) for the offshore industry. The vessel is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2019.

In the beginning of May, the Ministry of Environmental Protection embarked on a substantial environmental inspection campaign. The campaign will focus on evaluating officials’ enforcement efforts in 28 cities in provinces surrounding Beijing and Tianjin.
