Ulstein Group ASA

Ulstein Group ASA is the parent company of a group of maritime companies, specializing in ship design and shipbuilding, founded in 1917, headquartered in Norway and with branches in 5 countries. Ulstein entered into China in 2003, over the years, there has been more than 50 Ulstein designed vessels delivered from Chinese shipyards.

Ulstein’s main products covers from: vessels service at offshore oil and gas, offshore windfarm, exploration cruise and passenger vessels. Cooperated with Shanghai Electric and ZPMC, Ulstein designed the first purpose-made SOV project to the Chinese offshore windfarms.
