Salsnes Filter is a leading supplier of technology for primary waste water treatment plants in Norway.

Salsnes Filter applications are compact systems for mechanical separation of particulate materials in discharge water from municipalities as well as industrial processes and facilities.

Mainly the Filter applications are used for municipal waste water treatment plants, but the technology has also been used for other industrial sectors, such as food processing, pulp & paper, and the fish/aquaculture-industry.

Salsnes Filter has three offices, Namsos (head office, Norway), Ontario (Canada) an Schöllkrippen (Germany).

The company is active in the international market for waste water treatment (solids separation) worldwide, but has focused mainly on China, US, Canada, Mexico and certain parts of Europe. Mainly, the company serves the international market through cooperation partners with classified distribution agreements.
