As usual, our event is free of charge for up to 2 people from each member company. Bring your colleagues and join us for the usual networking dinner as well as a presentation on China’s Social Insurance Law – What Does It Mean for Employers and Foreign Individuals.

The new Social Insurance Law will have impact on both companies and foreigners who work in China. The new measures took effect on October 15th 2011, but many aspects are still uncertain.

1st speaker: Ms Manuela Reintgen, Business Development Associate from Dezan Shira & Associates. Ms Reintgen will touch on the general aspects of this new scheme and law.

2nd speaker: Mr. Nils Martin Gunneng, Deputy Chief of Mission from Royal Norwegian Embassy, Beijing. Mr. Gunneng will present this subject from a specific Norwegian perspective.
