The report was released January 2015 and is about what frames and examines the current state of China’s energy structure and some of the existing proposals to reshape its energy landscape through 2020. This report, published by CDP, holds that climate change is operational and risk management as well as investment decisions. Amidst this, Chinese companies are to an increasing degree realizing this and factoring in regulation in ther business plans as a way to build competitive advantage over their competitors.
The Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) has released their Global Wind Energy Outlook 2014 report. The report points out that China had a cumulative installed wind power capacity of over 91.4 GW by the end of 2013, and therefore leading the world in installed wind power capacity.
