2016 Offshore Wind Power Leaders Summit
2016 Offshore Wind Power Leaders Summit will be held June 21 – 23 in Ningbo, China.
The summit will joint-steered by the National Energy Administration (NEA) and International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), co-sponsored by China Circular Economy Association of Renewable Energy Professional Committee (CREIA), Chinese Renewable Energy Association Board (CWEA) and Chinese Renewable Energy Society Working Committee. Innovation Norway and the Danmark Embassy will support this summit. Statoil, Det Norske Veritas and Windsim will come with Innovation Norway and join the meeting.
Statoil and DNV GL will share their experiences with participants in the summit. Statoil is taking responsibility for the world’s largest floating wind power plant. Mr. Sverre Trollnes, who has worked at Statoil for nearly 10 years, will share the experience of this project which is established in Scotland now. Giovanni Nappi and Kim Mørk at DNV GL will respectively share the topic of Reduction of offshore wind farm OPEX through integrated approach to bolted connections and Management of technical risks in Offshore Wind Farms through certification: experiences from Butendiek OWF with the participants.
